Processing time

All items are made to order so please allow 5 to 7 business days for orders to process and ship out. 7-10 business days when congested (Saturday & Sunday are not considered business days). We always strive to create the best experience possible.

Address change

It is the customers responsibility to verify their address and make sure it is correct before checkout please do so as it is not Scented Sweetz Candle Company responsibility to do so. If an address needs to be changed, please contact Scented Sweetz Candle Company at scentedsweetzcandlecompany@gmail.com

Lost/stolen package.

If packages are lost or stolen, please contact United States Postal Service and file a claim with them about the issue. If package says delivered and you did not receive it file a claim with the United States Postal Service. Scented Sweetz is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once your package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible. We will do our best to help you.
